Your January SKINCARE BLÜHPRINT
Happy 2023! Our January Skincare Blühprint is all about starting the year with intention. While you may have already set (and perhaps, abandoned 😉) resolutions or goals for the year, I wanted to encourage you to take steps toward creating a more intentional, meaningful year ahead. By focusing on the small habits and routines, you'll be that much closer to your big goals and overall vision at the close of 2023-- whether that's mastering a new craft, connecting more deeply with your community, setting out on an epic journey, or simply doing less.
The first step, of course, is being clear about what those big goals and vision look like. I've included a visual for playing around with a vision board below. Feel free to complete it using words, magazine tear outs, or digital images. Fill each square as you wish, or dedicate one for specific areas of your life (for example: relationships with others, relationship with self, career, wellness). From there, you can begin to break down the small steps and routines that align with these bigger goals and visions. And because there is nothing magic about January 1, this is an exercise you can engage with whenever you feel inclined to do so!
