Your October 2026 SKINCARE BLÜHPRINT

The days are getting shorter (and spookier) and the month is coming to a close.  We think this is the perfect time to focus on treating yourself well, and filling your self-care bank to prepare for the darker, colder months ahead. Our October Skincare Blühprint invites you to skip the tricks, and go straight to treating yourself.

This month, we're featuring our two beautiful masks.  Unlike the masks your trick-or-treaters might be wearing, there is nothing scary about our Vital Moisture Mask or our Superfruit BHA + AHA Resurfacing Mask. Both are safe for all skin types and are formulated with powerful yet gentle Bioactives. I love including masks in our our skincare rituals because they take time, which takes intention. I hope you'll be encouraged to set aside 10-20 minutes this weekend simply to treat yourself, and in doing so, notice how that intentional self-care time leaves you feeling.

Glow and refine with our award-winning Superfruit BHA + AHA Resurfacing Mask. The Superfruit AHA + BHA Resurfacing Mask is a unique and synergistic blend of acids, enzymes, lipids and nourishing actives. Cellular extracts of Finger Lime Caviar, Silky Oil Grass, Pineapple and Papaya  combined  with Lychee, Salicylic Acid Liposome and barrier-protecting Vegetable Ceramides work effectively to gently exfoliate and resurface the skin while decongesting pores- delivering a smooth, vibrant, glowing complexion. Apply a generous layer to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water and follow with your favorite toner and moisturizer. Use 1-2 times a week.

Plump and restore with our award-winning Vital Moisture Mask and drench your skin with an innovative complex of powerhouse hydrators, nutrient dense fruit oils, and replenishing bioactives. This mask's hero ingredient, Queen Garnet Plum Cellular Extract, is loaded with vitamin A, C and K with an unprecedented level of anthocyanins to deliver improved hydration and collagen production while reducing the effects of photo-aging (sun spots and discoloration) and glycation.  Apply a generous layer to clean, dry skin avoiding the eye area and leave on for 10-20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water and follow with your favorite toner and moisturizer. Use 3-4 times a week.
Looking for a few more ways to intentionally treat yourself this season?
  • Wind down with a bath this evening, perhaps adding a scoop of epsom salt or a few drops of our Active Relief Body Oil to add a grounding scent and soothe tired muscles.
  • Add some hygge to your living space with candles, warmer lighting, cozy throw blankets in natural fibers, thrift a new-to-you ceramic mug for hot tea, and designate a basket for colder month comforts like crossword puzzle books, sketching or knitting supplies.
  • Bake a seasonal speciality... whether you're using orchard fresh apples or leftover Halloween candy, what could be better than a fresh treat to share?
  • Take stock of your outerwear and warmer clothes so that you can still enjoy time in nature this season. Donate anything that no longer works for you, taking time to be sure your neighbors are well looked after, too.  Plan a few outdoor walks or adventures to look forward to.
I wish you and your loved ones a truly cozy and healthy month ahead, with plenty of time to treat yourself well. As always, I am so grateful you are here.
