Your March SKINCARE BLÜHPRINT

While I know there are countless benefits to staying in the present moment, and being mindful, it's nearly impossible to not look forward this time of year. With the weather promising to brighten and warm up soon, and signs of spring starting to emerge in the form of daffodils and crocuses, we're all starting to emerge from our winter routines, ready for fresh energy. 

As such, this month's Skincare Blühprint is focused on mindfully looking forward, planning, and preparing... without over-scheduling or over-extending ourselves. It can sometimes feel like we go from being cooped up inside (happily, perhaps) to being flung back into the world as winter ends-- I have a few ideas for a graceful re-entry!

• Resist the urge to say yes! to every invitation or request that lands in your inbox or mailbox (no matter the time of year). Our time and energy are not limitless resources, and we'd be wise to protect them accordingly.
• Take some time to evaluate where you are with your intentions and goals for the year. Are you moving in the right direction? Are these goals and intentions still feeling right for you? What small steps can you take during the next four weeks to feel even more aligned?
• Spring clean with intention: In addition to your routine spring cleaning tasks, can you ditch a few unhelpful habits (negative self talk, for example) at the same time as you shake out the rugs, take out the trash, and drop of those items to donate?
